Michigan has always been a musical state. We have been home to some great composers and
songwriters, and for others, we have been a place to visit and a source of inspiration. Our concert will cover the breadth
of our great state, from composers shaded by the cool pines of Interlochen in the north to the songwriters working their magic
on the hot streets of Detroit. There is too much musical history in Michigan for just one show, but we're going to take a
whirlwind tour of the high points.
